Drummer and Bassist Wanted in Chillicothe, Ohio For Sale

Drummer and bassist wanted for a 3 piece, original rock 'n' roll band (few to no covers). Needs to have decent voice with character for background vocals and solid, evocative musicianship (drummer isn't required to sing). Band will most likely be called Ohio River Blues and will use its acronym "ORB".
A drummer with a jazz background would be preferable, but I am open minded. Not finding the musicians I want in everyday life so I'm trying the classifieds. 18 years of age and up necessary.
