Indentifies objectives, strategies and action plans to improve short and long term sales and earnings. Core Functions:* Collaborates with General Sales Manager in establishing and recommending the most realistic sales goals to ensure company growth.* Manages product line to maximize sales revenues and meet company objectives.* Establishes and manages effective programs to compensate, coach, and train sales personnel. Details of Functions:* Manages on-going training and development for all sales staff.* Appraising and marketing of new and pre-owned inventories.* Reviews progress of sales staff throughout the dealership.* Develops specific plans to ensure revenue growth in dealerships products.* Provides monthly result assessments of sales staffs productivity.* Conducts regular meetings with sales staff.
