Job Description
Job Responsibilities
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Troubleshooting of machines/equipment during and after installation.
* Programming of PLC's is a plus.
* Ensures new line set-ups have been centerlined.
* Ensures new product coming off of line meets all customer specifications.
* Follows all company and local work rules, safety rules and policies, BOS work instructions and SAP standards and
activities.
* Works in a safe and efficient manner at all times.
* Other job-related duties as assigned.
Skills/Qualifications
SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
* Related AA, B.S./B.A degree or equivalent technical training with related experience.
* Strong mathematical and analytical skills as demonstrated by pre-hire or pre-promotion screening and testing,
transcripts, and/or references.
* Basic computer, mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
* Knowledge of PC's.
* Excellent interpersonal skills as demonstrated in the context of the interview process.
* Strong written communication skills as demonstrated by testing, transcripts, or other designated methods.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
* Physical Demand Level: Light
* Material Handling requirements: General lifting requirements up to 20 lbs. Worker may lift items weighing greater than
20 lbs. to assist other workers, but this is not required.
* Non-Material Handling requirements
Constant: balancing
Frequent: walking, standing, reaching waist to shoulder, grasping, pinching, handling, and fingering
Occasional: sitting, climbing, crawling, kneeling, stooping, twisting, operating controls, reaching floor to waist,
reaching overhead, and crouching
* Work Environment
Must maintain awareness of moving parts/equipment throughout the building
